We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our Services. For mobile applications, this license is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
2. App Store Specific Provisions
The following terms apply specifically to users of our mobile applications downloaded from the Apple App Store:

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Latitude 360 Advisors LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.

Maintenance and Support: Latitude 360 Advisors LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.

Warranty: In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

Product Claims: Latitude 360 Advisors LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement.

Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services are the exclusive property of Latitude 360 Advisors LLC and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latitude 360 Advisors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
